How the journey began!
Sam and I actually attended a wedding together and noticed a few things that made us think, “There’s got to be a better way to do this.”
Three photographers and two videographers were crammed just a meter away from the couple, making the day feel more like a media production than a wedding. The tension between the teams was so bad that the groom had to intervene—definitely not the vibe you want on your big day. The couple then waited 4-5 months for their photos and videos, which was said to be "standard practice” and to top it off, the bridal party dreaded the photo sessions, which looked more like a chore than something to enjoy.
At the time, Sam was all about landscape photography, and I (Hayden) was focused on portrait work for retail and clothing.
We decided to bring a fresh face to wedding photography and videography. No awkward tension, no stressful setups—just capturing your day in a way that feels natural and fun.
Cue the epic training montage. We shot free weddings, second-shot for others, and hustled our way to our first paid gig—6 hours of coverage, including drone, along with 70 hours of editing, for $699. We didn’t even know what GST was back then, so after taxes, we walked away with $630 and couldn’t have been happier. Why? Because we were getting our name out there. We knew that great things take time, and we were in it for the long haul. A photo from our first wedding below alongside a recent snap taken this year.

02 EVERLAST SINGLE DAY
Our video-only packages preserve your wedding day in cinematic style. Every package includes a cinematic highlight film, full ceremony, and speeches films, along with drone footage and 2 years of cloud storage. Select packages also feature a social media teaser delivered within 10 days of your wedding.

The Process
1. Fill out the form and we’ll check availability.
2. Get an email response within 24 hours with package options.
3. Choose your package, place a deposit, and sign the contract. Option to chat with us anytime!
4. Final balance is due before your wedding. Custom payment plans available.
5. Complete our questionnaire and finalise your timeline
6. Meet online or in person 6 weeks before the big day.
7. WEDDING DAY – the fun part!
8. Sneak peeks within 48 hours.
9. Social media teaser film within 10 days.
10. Full gallery and films delivered in 4-6 weeks.
11. Album design begins for those who opted in.

Your high-resolution images and films will be delivered via a password-protected online gallery and video showcase. You’ll have access to both high-res files for printing and social media-ready versions, along with easy access to our print store for ordering.

Golden hour is the perfect time for portraits—just before sunset, with its soft, dreamy light, continuing through to 10-15 minutes after sunset to capture the magic of blue hour. We’ll help plan this into your timeline for the best results.

For half-day coverage, expect a minimum of 400+ images, while full-day packages guarantee at least 550+ photos.

Your full gallery will be ready in 4-6 weeks. But don’t worry, you’ll receive a sneak peek of 10-20 images within 48 hours of your wedding. The same goes for video, with a 60-second teaser delivered within 10 days, if your package includes it.

Booking is simple! Let us know the package you're interested in, and we’ll send over a contract and invoice. If you want, we can also jump on a call to discuss your ideas. A non-refundable deposit will secure your date, with the balance due before your wedding.

Absolutely! Most couples feel the same way. We keep things light, fun, and relaxed—no stiff poses here. We even bring a speaker to play your favorite tunes during portraits to keep things casual and enjoyable.

Of course! We’ll help craft a smooth timeline with plenty of time for photos, fun, and relaxation. Between our Wedding Guide, Questionnaire, and pre-wedding catch-up, you’ll have a plan that ensures your day flows effortlessly.

In the rare event we can’t attend, we’ll arrange a trusted replacement photographer/videographer or provide you with a full refund.

Your deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a new date, depending on our availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.
