The Process

2. Get an email response within 24 hours with package options.
3. Choose your package, place a deposit, and sign the contract. Option to chat with us anytime!
4. Final balance is due before your wedding. Custom payment plans available.
5. Complete our questionnaire and finalise your timeline
6. Meet online or in person 6 weeks before the big day.
7. WEDDING DAY – the fun part!
8. Sneak peeks within 48 hours.
9. Full gallery and films delivered in 6-8 weeks.

Our video-only packages preserve your wedding day in cinematic style. Your high-resolution images and films will be delivered via a password-protected online gallery and video showcase. You’ll have access to both high-res files for printing and social media-ready versions, along with easy access to our print store for ordering.

Golden hour is the perfect time for portraits—just before sunset, with its soft, dreamy light, continuing through to 10-15 minutes after sunset to capture the magic of blue hour. We’ll help plan this into your timeline for the best results.

For half-day coverage, expect a minimum of 300+ images, while full-day packages guarantee at least 400+ photos.

Your full gallery will be ready in 4-6 weeks. But don’t worry, you’ll receive a sneak peek of 10-20 images within 48 hours of your wedding. The same goes for video, with a 60-second teaser delivered within 10 days, if your package includes it.

Booking is simple! Let us know the package you're interested in, and we’ll send over a contract and invoice. If you want, we can also jump on a call to discuss your ideas. A non-refundable deposit will secure your date, with the balance due before your wedding.

In the rare event we can’t attend, we’ll arrange a trusted replacement photographer/videographer or provide you with a full refund.

Your deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a new date, depending on our availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.
