This website is operated by Everlast Creative Pty Ltd ("Everlast Creative", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms & Conditions cover your use of our website, including browsing our work, making an enquiry and interacting with the content we publish here. By using the website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Using Our Website

You're welcome to browse our work, learn about what we do, send us an enquiry, dramatically overanalyse which wedding photos you like best, and generally use the website for its intended purpose.

You must not use the website unlawfully, interfere with its operation, access our systems without permission, or use our content in a way that infringes our rights or anyone else's. Pretty standard internet manners, really.

2. Enquiries & Wedding Bookings

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not confirm a booking or reserve your wedding date.

We may respond to and follow up on your enquiry, including sending current packages and pricing. Once a booking is confirmed, your Wedding Services Agreement, accepted quote, selected package and agreed add-ons govern the services we provide.

If general information on this website differs from what has specifically been agreed for your booking, your confirmed booking documents will apply, subject to applicable law.

3. Packages, Pricing & Availability

Our packages, pricing, inclusions, promotions and availability may change from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, consumer prices displayed by Everlast Creative are inclusive of GST, and availability is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.

If you've uncovered an ancient screenshot showing a package we no longer offer, congratulations on the detective work… however, our current packages and pricing will apply.

4. Website Content & Copyright

Unless otherwise stated, the photographs, films, written content, graphics, branding and other material on this website are owned by or licensed to Everlast Creative. You're welcome to share links and admire the photos for an unreasonable amount of time, but you may not reproduce, sell, substantially modify or commercially use our content without permission, except where permitted by law.

Our website shows examples of weddings we've previously captured and is intended to demonstrate our creative style. Every wedding is different — different people, venues, weather, light and timelines — so identical results can't be guaranteed. Our use of a Client's photographs or films for portfolio or promotional purposes is governed by their Wedding Services Agreement or other agreed permission.

5. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

6. Privacy

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, including information you provide through enquiries and when using our website. If you'd like the riveting full story of what we collect and why, that's where you'll find it.

7. Changes, Law & Contact

We may update these Terms from time to time, with the latest version published on this page. Changes to these website Terms do not retrospectively alter an existing confirmed wedding booking.
