Meet Your Videographer
Hayden’s your lead wedding videographer here in Perth. He’s pretty good at making people forget there’s a camera pointed at them — which is helpful, considering that’s more or less the entire job.
He takes a relaxed, story-driven approach and pays a lot of attention to the actual energy of the day. Some weddings are emotional and intimate, some are absolute chaos in the best possible way, and most sit somewhere in between. The goal isn’t to force your day into a particular style — it’s to make a film that actually feels like your wedding.
When he’s not filming or staring at an editing timeline, he’s usually training, travelling or being emotionally blackmailed by his ridiculously needy Cavoodle, Hershey.
And yes, Hayden wrote this section himself, so describing himself in the third person has been an appropriately awkward experience :)

We’re not here to direct your day, take over, or make it about the camera. We’re here to read the energy, feel the moments as they happen, and quietly capture them. The deep breaths, the hand squeezes, the way you smile at each other when no one’s watching. That’s the stuff that matters.
You shouldn’t have to choose between being present and having an incredible film. You should be able to forget about the cameras, feel completely like yourselves, and actually enjoy the day you’ve spent months planning. Then, years later, press play and think, “Yep. That was us.”

The Process
1. Fill out the form and we’ll check availability.
2. Get an email response within 48 hours containing our package and price guide.
3. Browse our package options and join us for a complimentary call.
4. Sign your contract and place your deposit.
5. Complete our questionnaire and finalise your timeline.
6. Meet online or in person 8 weeks before the big day.
7. WEDDING DAY – the fun part!
8. Pick the soundtrack for your wedding film.
9. Private showcase with all your films delivered in 10 weeks.

It depends on your package, with our Highlight Films ranging from around 4–8 minutes. Each one is crafted around the story, emotion and energy of your day.

Absolutely. Your film includes real audio from moments like your vows, speeches, and ceremony. Woven together with licensed music to tell the full story.

Think of it as the story of your wedding in one cinematic film. We bring together the best moments from throughout the day and weave in things like vows, speeches and letter reads to make it feel personal to you — not just a montage of pretty shots.

Absolutely — send us songs, artists or the kind of vibe you love. We’ll use that to guide the soundtrack, but the final music needs to be legally licensable and work with the pacing and feel of your film.

You’ll receive all your films together, within 10 weeks after your wedding.

RAW video footage isn’t included in our standard packages. It can be purchased as an optional extra for $750 (inc GST), but it must be arranged before the wedding. RAW photographs are not supplied.
