  • Once you've filled out the contact form and we confirm availability, we’ll send you a full package guide and link to book a complimentary call. After that, it’s just a contract + deposit to lock us in.

  • Not at all. After your enquiry, you’ll have time to review everything, ask questions, and book a call if you'd like to chat before locking anything in.

  • Absolutely. We can adjust hours, add films, albums, or engagement sessions… we’ll tailor it to suit your day.

  • Most couples book 12–18 months ahead, but we also take bookings as late as a couple of months if the date’s available and we have capacity.

  • We’ll lock in your date and send over an onboarding guide to walk you through the next steps. From there, we stay in close contact, helping you create a relaxed, well-structured timeline with plenty of breathing room.

    You’ll also gain access to exclusive planning tools we’ve created to make staying organised super easy, along with our favourite vendor recommendations, a detailed questionnaire, and (if included) an engagement shoot to help you get comfortable in front of the camera.

    Then, about 4–6 weeks before the big day, we’ll catch up for a final meeting to run through all the details. When the wedding arrives, you’ll feel confident and excited, knowing everything’s taken care of, and fully trusting us to bring the plan to life.

  • Your deposit is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a new date, depending on our availability. We’ll do our best to accommodate any changes.
